Mega Rayquaza ex Premium Tournament Collection: November 20

The Pokémon TCG: Mega Rayquaza ex Premium Tournament Collection has been announced for November 20, 2026, and it will be sold wherever Pokémon TCG products are carried. The accessories stand out: the sleeves and deck box in this collection come from Dragon Shield, a brand many players use for tournament supplies, instead of the usual in-house Pokémon gear.

The release comes two weeks after Delta Reign, the set Mega Rayquaza ex headlines, hits shelves on November 6. If you were already planning a Rayquaza-themed deck, this box covers the promos and the table gear in one purchase.

The promo cards

The headliner is a foil Mega Rayquaza ex promo with 280 HP. It carries the Ruler’s Roar Ability, which lets you check the top four cards of your deck when you bench it from hand and attach a Basic Energy you find there, plus the Storm Emerald attack that scales with Energy across your whole board. This is the same card that leads Delta Reign, here in promo form.

Three more foil promos round out the Rayquaza theme:

• Zinnia’s Trust
• Adventure Lantern
• Mega Rayquaza Cap

Zinnia is a fitting pick. She is the Lorekeeper tied to Rayquaza’s story in the Hoenn games, so her Trainer card belongs in a box built around the sky dragon.

The collection also includes two cards that form one Legendary Summit Stadium. Two-card Stadiums are the new mechanic Delta Reign introduces, something we saw with Legendary Pyroduct. Legendary Summit gives us a second one of these oversized Stadiums to build around.

Dragon Shield sleeves

The 65 card sleeves are made by Dragon Shield and come in a thematic box. The artwork shows Rayquaza cutting through dark storm clouds with light breaking through behind it, framed by a green border. Dragon Shield sleeves are a tournament staple for their durability, so getting them bundled in a Pokémon product instead of buying them separately is a step up over the standard Premium Tournament Collection fare.

The deck box

The matching deck box is deep green with gold Rayquaza line art wrapping around every side. The design mirrors the outer packaging of the collection itself, which uses the same gold-on-green treatment. Between the sleeves and the box, this is a coherent table setup for anyone running the deck at league or locals.

Booster packs and the full contents

Eight booster packs are included alongside the promos and accessories. The full rundown:
